Gene opened with prayer at 7:30

Day of Renewal for Women Committee.  Donna Curtiss & Mariann Novack
-Will be held on Oct 20^th

-Patti set up Pay Pal for ease of collecting money from attendees

-All receipts will be approved through Congregational Life

 Review the March Budget Reports.

-So far revenues are ahead of expenses

 FPC Bank Account / online banking.  Tom Morehart

-We will update the individuals who can sign on FPC account and who can pick up deposits (see action item).

CG impact / New Possibilities.

-B&G will adjust thermostats once CG has left.

-The decision was made to let the facility remain open for the time being.  We will monitor financial impact before making a final decision.  The current belief is that as long as we can maintain budgets with the facility empty of  tenants, it should remain that way and be used by CE for ministry to the youth.

Job Descriptions

-Admin will be reaching out to the other committees to update job descriptions before June first.
