Gene opened with prayer

 Review our 2012 Financial Status
-Receipts are still ahead of expenses

-Remind moderators to use designated funds as much as possible as the fund balances are growing.

 

 Bank Account / online banking – Tom

-Names submitted to session.  Will schedule a time when all can get together to get to the bank.

 

Review The Children's Garden

-No more rent is expected from CG.  Still have the last 2 months of rent in our possession.

 Our telephone service - Don

-Don is reviewing bundling our internet with Century Link.  We have to get a faster internet speed for the upcoming Cyber Café being installed. 

-We have also asked for input from Alex Burr on changing our website over to Century Link.

 Review bids on a leased copy cover

-Don is reviewing the offers with the office staff and will give the committee a recommendation next week.

Update on plans to get donations for support of the Mobile Food Pantry program.
-The committee suggested Don go to Norm and Rev. Hawkins to get their input.  The committee will support whatever they suggest.

Staff Reviews for 2012

-By June 15, the moderators of every committee will be contacted to ensure job descriptions are current for any employees that fall under their committee.   Admin committee will follow up on the following:

Austin – Barry & Mike

Winnie – Patty & Linda

Tom – Mark

Don – David, Beth, & Howard
