Administration Committee Minutes

February 12, 2013

Present: Austin Breck, Don Behnke, Winnie Quinzi, Lyn Ames, John Grant

Excused: Bill Marlowe, Donna Mathis

The meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames.

The Annual Financial Report will be presented to the congregation on February 24^th. Terms of Call for Rev. Story will also be presented on that date. A short form of the annual report will be distributed to the congregation. The full report will be available to members by request at the church office on Monday, Feb. 25.

The church web page will be redesigned in the coming months. Don Behnke will make recommendations to the Session regarding content and easy access for users. Session committees will be asked what they would like to include on the page. The web page should be useful to congregation members, and attractive and informative to visitors and potential members.

John Grant reported on financial updates, and made suggestions regarding procedures for backing up computer files, and financial software. Don will research and offer suggestions for discussion at the next Admin meeting.

Committee Funding: If a committee program encounters a need for extra funding, please send a request to the Administration Committee for consideration.

Next meeting will be held on March 12.
