Administration Ministry Team meeting

 - All present or accounted for. :)

 Temples taking over youth for the rest of the year - Admin approves of the change and the proposed compensation for the Temples. 

On line giving - Don and Steve Loman are working on a plan to add on line giving as an option for 2014. 

Spending is being controlled well at the committee level but giving is off as well. Admin is recommending that all committee budgets with the exception of missions be reduced by 5% at the next session meeting. 

 Virtual telephone system - will not work on our system. Thanks to Don and Patti for all the work to try to make it a reality but it just won't work on our system. Don is working with the phone company to try to work on a resolution.
