Administration Committee Minutes

December, 2013

 Present: Austin Breck, Winnie Quinzi, Lyn Ames, Don Behnke, Bill Marlow, John Grant, Norm Story

 The meeting was opened with prayer by Austin Breck.

 Financial Matters

• Budgets for 2014 have been received from most of the committees.
• Prospective budget will be presented to Session on Dec. 17.
• Committee discussed preparation for end of year reports and reviews.

 New Business

      John reported his findings on financial software.  This will be discussed further in January.

Employee Evaluations

      Evaluations from committee moderators are due.  Some have been received.

 Bill Marlow closed the meeting with prayer.
