Administrative Committee Minutes

January 2014

 Present: Lyn Ames, Bill Marlowe, Don Behnke, Barb Sauter, John Grant, Norm Story

Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

Winnie Quinzi has taken leave from the Committee and Session and Lyn Ames in now the moderator.

Jordan Graves quit as the interim bookkeeper.  Vanessa Medina was interviewed by the committee and hired as a part-time temporary bookkeeper.

The requirements for the permanent bookkeeper were discussed.  It was decided to run an ad in the newspaper and set-up an email address to receive applications.

Don and John are getting the year-end financial reports ready for the Annual Report.

Arrangements were made for counting the offering.

Meeting was closed with prayer by Bill Marlowe.
