Administrative Committee Minutes

Present: Lyn Ames, Bill Marlowe, Don Behnke, Barb Sauter, Norm Story

 

Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

 

Vanessa Medina was hired to provide bookkeeping services through her business.

 

The data in some of the monthly reports given to the moderators was incomplete for January, should be up to date in the next reports.

 

John Grant has finished the year-end financial reports for the Annual Report.

 

Arrangements were discussed for the annual meeting and the terms of Norm’s call.

 

In order to streamline the reimbursement process, it was decided to require check requests to be submitted by Wednesday, with checks to be issued every Friday.

 

Meeting was closed with prayer by Barb Sauter.
