Administrative Committee Minutes

October 14, 2014

Present: Lyn Ames, Winnie Quinzi, Nancy T-Johnson, Bill Marlowe, Barb Sauter, Norm Story

Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

The monthly budget reports Admin, Personnel, and Memorials were reviewed.  All three were in acceptable levels.  A combined report for each of the committee expenses, shows that every committee is at or below their budget as of the end of July.

We discussed plans for the stewardship campaign.  The stewardship letter was approved.  It will be sent in both English and Spanish.  Three stewardship talks will be given during Worship. Bill Marlowe will be on October 19^th, Greg Temple on November 2^nd, and Lyn Ames on November 9^th.

Plans for Trunk or Treat were discussed.

Meeting was closed with prayer by Nancy T-Johnson.
