Present: Lyn Ames, Winnie Quinzi, Nancy T-Johnson, Bill Marlowe, Barb Sauter, Norm Story

Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

The monthly budget reports Admin, Personnel, and Memorials were reviewed.  All three were in acceptable levels.  A combined report for each of the committee expenses, shows that every committee is at or below their budget as of the end of November.

Evaluations procedures for Rev Story and staff were established.  Information is available in the Elders mail boxes.

Pledge report for 2015: As of Dec 9^th a total of 96 pledges have been received as compared with 101 last year.  The dollar amount pledged is $295,960 for 2014 as compared with $305,500 for 2014.

The Team voted to give employees a 2% cost of living raise.

The Team voted to pay for a new cell phone for Rev Story.

A donation was received to give Rev Story and the office staff a Christmas bonus.

Preparations for the after worship fellowship on Sunday was discussed.

Meeting was closed with prayer by Nancy T-Johnson.
