Administrative Committee Minutes

February, 2015

 Present: Lyn Ames, Bill Marlowe, Jasey Loman, Norm Story, Al Kissling

 Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

 Al Kissling met with the Committee to offer suggestion on how we can improve our stewardship campaign.  He suggested we need to better communicate the financial requirements of the Church.  We should also study the giving patterns of the congregation as compared to the resources of the congregation.

 The Team reviewed the financial reports for January.  All was in order.

 A letter was sent to Mayfield High School with the conditions by which organizations may use the church buildings and Sanctuary.

 We also discussed the possibility of developing electronic giving options.  Surveys have shown that many young adults prefer electronic payments to cash or checks and that churches and other charitable organizations do better if electronic payment options are available.

 Meeting was closed with prayer by Bill Marlowe.
