Administrative Committee Minutes

Present: Lyn Ames, Bill Marlowe, Nancy T. Johnson

 Meeting was opened with prayer by Lyn Ames

 The Team reviewed the financial reports for January.  All was in order.

 We recommend moving payment of non-employee nursery attendants from the Administration budget to Christian Education budget.

 We recommend getting a debit card through an existing bank account in which only a limited amount of money would be kept, which would limit our liability.  This card would be limited to use by the office staff for business purchases. 

 We are recommending that the Session authorize the Administration Committee to implement electronic giving options.  Surveys have shown that many young adults prefer electronic payments to cash or checks and that churches and other charitable organizations do better if electronic payment options are available.
