Buildings and Grounds Minutes

                                                                         February 14, 2012

               

Janet Loman opened the meeting with prayer at 7:00 P.M.

 

Committee members present were: Jerry Grandle, Janet Loman, Roger Sellers and Eddie Armendariz.

 

Excused were Dennis Thomas and Bruce Pearson.

 

Old Business: The street sign should be done before Presbytery on Friday. Bruce is working on a job description for the “Church Handy man” job, and a starting draft for the guidelines to us the new handi-cap van. We will be considering what can be done for a cross at the front of the sanctuary, made from the old steeple cross.

 

New Business: the committee met with Nora Yaryan to review what needed to be done in the sanctuary to prepare for the Presbytery meeting this week end. The committee discussed the need for a spring work day, date to be determined. The members will start noting and prioritize tasks.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00
