Minutes from last meeting approved

Written reports--

Salt and Light—Ash Wednesday meal at 5:15 service to follow at 6pm

Childcare--Need worker from 4:15 until Kalina or Judy arrives

Next singing date for S&L choir is March 24.

Youth—Youth movie nights every 3^rd Friday. Middle, high and college youth invited.

High school youth to attend NM Presbytery retreat in Capitan

March 1-3.

Super bowl fundraiser very successful sales increased from last year.

Verbal Reports-

Pre-K and elementary— good attendance

Adult—continued success with the adult classes

Old Business-

Lent devotionals - stickers were put on and handed out last Sunday. Will be handed out on Wednesday after the service and Saturday night.

Paper racks - assembled and need to be placed and decision needs to be made where to put them and what paper to put on them.

New Business-

New CE childcare worker hired - Kalina Blackman

The One Great Hour of Sharing being taken care of by Margie Rankin, collection banks being handed out February 20.

Fellowship hour - need a better way of communicating about responsibilities for fellowship hour.

VBS curriculum - two choices Gospel Light and Group

To be reviewed by preschool, and elementary teachers and choice made by later this week

The storage room in Branigan needs to be cleaned out and donated to youth garage sale or thrown away.

Couches in youth rooms need to be replaced.

Two options:

1. Use fundraising event to buy newer couches

2. Minute for mission by Blaine Goss and ask for donation of used couch from congregation.
