New Business

o   Greg & Kelly provided us with the following

      Child & Youth Ministry Discipline Policy – to take to session for approval

      Youth Mission Trip – Payment Guidelines - to take to session for approval

      FPC – Youth Ministry Interims - to take to session for approval

o   S & L Coordinating Team –

o   Michelle Osborne is the moderator and will be in care of the recruitment, registering kids,

o   Don Rhodes – kitchen

o   Jackie Parks – purchase food

o   Kathy Story – snacks

o   Beth – music

o   Judith Ames - kinder

o   Plan class room set up – Mrs. Goss

o   Bibles – A flyer will be put in this week’s bulletin and with the S & L registration forms to see how many 3^rd & 6^th grade children we have to present with bibles

o   Recruiting CE volunteers – we are in much need of CE volunteers

o   Sunday school – we are looking for a volunteer to keep calendar of SS teachers & recruitment
