Christian Education Minutes 3/11/2014

Written reports: Youth—Next payment for youth mission June 1^st.

1500 dollars will be given by the Presbytery to go towards the youth mission trip.

Easter Sunrise Service

Verbal reports- 4&5 class only 2 participants

                        Elementary-6 regular students 

                        Middle School-Scotty Burns started video series

New Business—Find new date for VBS—July 7-11.

VBS time?    Evening time sample starting at 5:30 to 8:10pm

No Director-duties will be divided up among volunteers

Need to begin asking for possible volunteers for jobs

Publicity, Assembly, Music, Decorations, Registration, Pre-K, Adult Coordinator, Crew leaders, Crew members (youth), Bible teacher, Crafts/Theme, Recreation, Kitchen Crew Leader and helpers.

Mission project for VBS food drive to assist families in need during summer.

Buy new movies for Sunday School/Service time for elementary students-$100 approved
