Easter Sunrise Service - All kids are helping with Sunrise service

Deadline for last payment is June 1^st.

Continue FUZE activity

Verbal report-        Elementary:  Possibility of combined Sunday school class for 4 yr. olds through elementary for the summer.

Move 5^th graders up to middle school after vacation bible school

Replacement for Judy when she is on vacation?

Middle School:  Scotty Burns video series continuing. New Curriculum a possibility for the future.

New Business—VBS – Jacque Parks will buy food, plan menus and help with managing crews M-W.  Kathy Story will be in charge Thursday. FrIday?

Assembly Leader needed for opening and closing of skits.  Youth?

Greg will be in charge of youth for skits.

Need in adult crew leaders – 3 crew leaders

Crafts and theme leader needed

Kitchen Crew also needed- set up, serving, clean up

Budget for VBS ?  Need to work on expected expenses.

Action item for next meeting - Cost research for food expenses and possibility of charging for dinner.

CE projector was stolen- Committee approved purchase of new projector for CE use.
