 Acceptance of last meeting minutes

 Written Reports

• Youth – The fall retreat to Bonita Park was very successful 28 participants, 17 middle school, 7 high school and 4 chaperones.  They did rope climbing, paint ball, challenge course, swimming and wall climbing.  Salt and light is averaging about the same number of youths.  Greg, Kelly and Jaime continue doing a GREAT job with our youth.

Verbal Reports

• Pre-K and Elementary- Carol reported that all continues to be going fine with the combined pre-k and elementary
• Middle school – Nothing to report as Nancy and Scotty were absent

 New Business

·         Richard Paul on behalf of Kairos requested for Sunday school children to make place mats and committee approved to have children decorate them on Sunday’s at Sunday class and during movie time, Greg will have MS & HS decorate some at S&L.  The placemats can have anything they want to draw on them however only their first name and age.

·         We are very excited there will be a Chrysalis for both girls and boys January 16 – 19, 2015.  So far we have 1 college, 2 youth boys and 1 youth girl we pray will attend.  

·         CE has agreed to individually participate in Trunk or Treat – Friday October 31^st  5pm to 8pm

·         Susan announced that session unanimously voted on opening a child care facility by Debbie Caldwell.  It will care for children birth to 5 years
