 November 11, 2014                        6:30 PM – Jones Hall

 Present:  Corina Armendariz, Carol Goss, Nancy Cowan, Ernie Armendariz, and Susan Grandle

 Review and approval of last meeting minutes

 Written Reports Youth

• No action items to be taken to session
• Youth notes attached

 Verbal Reports

• Pre-K and Elementary – Carol reported that everything is going well

• Middle school – Nancy reported that an average of 6 youth are attending Sunday school and understanding the curriculum.  Next month Scott Burns will take over with Sunday school teaching and Nancy will confirm.

 New Business

o   Communion Sunday – It was stated that there will be no video on communion Sunday’s.  Children must stay with their parents during worship service.

o   Sunday School – It was discussed that children will be welcomed into Sunday school no matter what time they arrive.  If need be Samantha will walk them over to sanctuary.

o   Advent Booklets – Susan has ordered the advent devotionals, she will get the labels on and have them ready.  Saturday November 29^th for Faith and Fellowship and Sunday, November 30^th,  Corina - East, Carol - South, and Ernie - West will be at the doors to pass out.

o   Judi Ferguson will be out November 30^th, therefore Samantha will be in with the babies to cover

o   Mrs. Ames volunteered to be in charge of keeping tempra paint stocked and it was voted unanimously to allow her to do so.

o   CE is in charge of fellowship on Sunday November 30^th
