Congregational Life and Outreach (CLO) Ministry Team

Minutes

January 14, 2014

Meeting was opened at around 7:30 p.m.  In attendance were Bea Connor, Brian Otto, Kathy Story, and Stephen Taylor.

1.      The Soup & Game Night fellowhip activity previously scheduled for February 2 was moved to February 9 to accommodate the Youth Souper Bowl sandwich sale.  Food assignments were made as follows:

a.       Bea – posole and sourdough bread

b.      Kathy – vegetable soup or clam chowder

c.       Dot Otto – vegetable soup or other

d.      Stephen – gumbo and bread

CLO will provide iced tea, coffee, and possibly another beverage.  Desert will be provided by attendees, as desired.  We need to get on the church calendar for this event and subsequent events.

2.      Other business

a.       International potluck – CLO is going to provide coffee and other beverages.

b.      February 23 – Annual meeting and enchilada dinner fundraiser.

c.       Add Kathy to future Fellowship Hour hosting E-mail alerts.

Meeting closed with prayer.
