FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH of LAS CRUCES CORPORATION

ANNUAL CORPORATE MEETING

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2014

The members of the First Presbyterian Church of Las Cruces Corporation held a corporate meeting in the Sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church in Las Cruces, NM on Sunday, February 23, 2014.

 The meeting was called to order at 11:31 AM, by the Secretary, Carl Connor.  The Secretary announced that there was a quorum present; and then introduced the Corporation Officers for 2013; President – Winnie Quinzi (Currently on Leave of Absence); Vice President – Lyn Ames; Treasurer – Lyn Ames; and Secretary – Carl Connor

 On hearing no new or old business; the Secretary asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting.  A motion was made, seconded, and approved by acclamation.

 The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 AM.
