Call to Order at 7:00 pm by the President.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of March 14, 2007, was motioned by Joe Fleming and second by Gina Gomez.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported that checks were available after the meeting.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Jose Diosdado announced he had checks to distribute for the adult games. He indicated that it was necessary to sign when picking up your check from him. He also reported that MVSL will be requiring the signing of a Contract. Also reported that checks are paid out on the 15^th and the 30^th of each month.

Assignor - Review of rules for Border Cup Tournament.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Nothing to Report.

Assessors Remarks: Nigel Holman announced that if anyone interested in being assessed, assessments will take place during the Border Cup Tournament. Assessor Don Clark will be available. If interested, contact Nigel Holman.

High School Referee Report: High School meeting to be held after the General Meeting.

Old Business: Door prizes were passes out for the months of November through March. Zach Ochoa not present, the only left to distribute.

New Business: Nothing was reported.
