Call to Order at 7:05 p.m. by Vice President Jose Diosdado.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of March 12, 2008, was motioned by Joe Fleming and second by Jose Briones.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported ending balance of $1,432.56. Reminded everyone that games are paid on a monthly basis.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Monty Wellborn reported City Cup coming up soon on April 26 and 27^th. Also that a 3 v 3 tournament to be held May 31st.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn commended the youth referees that participated in the Far West Regional Tournament.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill Lindemann announced that the checks were not available the night of the General Meeting. Playoffs for the Adult Men League to begin April 15^th.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado conducted review of problem areas. Also encouraged everyone to respond to e-mails.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley had nothing to report.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage, had nothing to report.

Old Business: Gloria Marquez announced that two scholarships in the amount of $250.00 each had been awarded from the Kevin Riedel Memorial Scholarship. The Association had contributed $104.00 towards the scholarship award.

New Business: Robert Gage reported regarding the Border Cup Tournament.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Discussion and presentation on restrictions of the goalkeeper during a match.

Drawing: Winner was Ryan Reynolds.
