Call to Order at 7:01 p.m.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of July 11, 2007, was motioned by Gary Manley and second by Monty Wellborn.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported balance of $3,248.62 in the checking account. Also reported a balance of $2,100 of non-cleared transactions and he read the names of those referees.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Rick Hendricks reported that the league was running behind schedule in registering players. Not all teams might have their player pass cards for the first game.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Gary Manley reported the season is almost over. Concerns with that league were discussed.

Assignor - Andy Bristol reported that he needed everyone to submit their Conflict Sheet as soon as possible. The league starts September 8, 2007.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley report the State Clinic is to be held the weekend of August 11 and 12^th. Grade 9 Clinic to be held in Deming on 9/18/2007. Upgrade Clinic to be held 9/25/2007.

High School Referee Report: High School meeting to be held after General Meeting.

Old Business: Nothing to Report.

New Business: Location of Meeting for next month might change, look at website for information. West Nile was found in mosquitoes in the area of the High Noon soccer fields, everyone please apply plenty of Deet when doing games. Matt Presser spoke about his experience in referring games at Regional's in Las Vegas, NM.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Topic was "handling the ball". Laws of the Game, Law 12.
