Call to Order at 7:05 p.m. by President Andy Bristol.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of July 9, 2008, was motioned by Pat Switzer and and second by Jose Diosdado.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported ending balance of approximately $4,007.00 in the checking account and approximately $2,600 in the Money Market Account.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Rick Hendricks reported Hign Noon Soccer League starts September 13, 2008.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn - nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Dominic Giobobo reported play offs start today, August 13. Discussion of the Burn Lake soccer fields held. Will not be available for the coming season. Adult league starts September 18, 2008.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado reported that he needs an update on telephone numbers, new e-mail addresses, conflict sheets and Referee Agreements. Please provide such to Jose if any info has changed.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley reported that fees have increased. Grade 8 and 9 fee is $45.00; Grade 7 - $50.00; Grade 6 and 5, and 13 and 14 - $75.00.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage announced that meeting to be held after the General Meeting.

Old Business: Username for the Referee List is LCSRA and password was changed.

New Business: Jose Diosdado presented a question to the Scholarship Committee inquiring how the scholarships were awarded.

Motion was made to purchase a projector for approximately $500.00 and it passed.
