Not enough members present for a quorum.
Meeting called to order at 6:05pm.

Discussion of the By-Laws revision.

LCSRA history: Andy Bristol; There was no LCSRA officially until 1979. We were started by John (Pete)
Ryan.

6:40pm, enough members have arrived to make a quorum. Tom D., Jean M., and Robert Gage have
arrived.

Motion by Ray B. to accept June minutes, Jean 2nd, motion passed. Tabled July minutes.
Discussion of staffing levels for fall season.

Robert G. discussed the Mentoring system being put in place. No action yet on the By-Laws revision.
Proposed changes to be presented next month to the board.
Greg Marez has volunteered to attend the league board meeting on 8/13 at 7:00pm. Thank You to Greg.

Malynda Chizek called to order at 7:02pm.

Ray B. motioned to table July minutes, Jean 2nd, motion passed.

Treasurer Jean M. reported that there has been no new activity on
the LCSRA Checking account and the CD.

No Youth league report.

No MVSL report.

Tom Duttle reported that the State recert clinic will be in Albuquerque this Saturday
and strongly encouraged all those who are able to attend.

Tom Duttle discussed how to verify player pass cards.

Meeting adjourned at 7:45pm.
