Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. by President Andrew Bristol.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of November 12, 2008, was motioned by Joe Fleming and second by Jose Briones.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported an ending balance of $5,307.42. Treasurer’s Report was approved by Elliott Willman and second by Robert Gage.

High Noon Soccer League - Nothing to Report.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn had nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: The semi-finals games are going on this month. Championship game scheduled for January.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado had nothing to report.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage reported meeting to be held after the general meeting.

Old Business: Nothing.

New Business: Robert Nigel requested donations for the Kevin Riedel Scholarship Fund. Asked for referees to consider donating after the Copa Del Rey Tournament.

Dominic Diosdado had discussion about assessing a fine to a player that is a referee that dissents to the center or assistant referee. Proposal was assessing a $10.00 or $15.00 fine for each yellow card received.

Linda Lara gave a presentation of the Rules for the Copa Del Rey Tournament.

Elections were held and these are the newly elected officers.
