Las Cruces Soccer Referee Association General Meeting

Call to Order at 7:00 PM

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of January 11, 2006, was motioned by Joe Fleming and second by Robert Gage.

Treasure Report was submitted by Gary Manley.

High Noon Soccer League Report: - nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: -nothing to report.

Assignor - Andy Bristol gave review on how to obtain the game schedules for referees off the internet. Also inquired if there were any senior referee volunteers who would like to mentor the new young referees out on the fields. Please see him.

Also, review on how to fill out and file the game reports. Discussed that all fields on the report must be filled out. If comments are made in the “Comment Box” be aware that the reports are a public record and are viewed by others, therefore keep comments factual. Submit a supplemental report if needed directed to Rick Hendricks, President. Reports to be done within 72 hours and always print a copy of the report for your records.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley present stated nothing to report.

Assessors Remarks: Robert Gage reported about the Association honoring a youth male and female referee. The youth referee nomination is for referee of the year conducted in December.

High School Referee Report: No High School meeting; nothing to report.
