Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. by President Andy Bristol.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of January 9, 2008, was motioned by Monty Wellborn and second by Gina Gomez.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported ending balance of $2,047.54. He also reported that the Annual Audit Committee met to perform the annual audit. Lisa Willman, Chairperson, reported income of $49,774.02. Expenses in the amount of $49,188.67 leaving a balance of $585.35.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Monty Wellborn, nothing to report.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn announced that if anyone interested in being assessed to fill out a Request Form, call or e-mail him.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Gary Manley reported there are 23 teams in the adult league. 9 games are scheduled each Sunday and three on Tuesday. Would like to know availability of referees whom are interested in game assignments.

Assignor - Please report field conditions on Game Report. Jose Diosdado also announced that if he does not have Conflict Sheet that referee will not receive any game assignments. Also, he informed everyone that if he doe not receive a response to confirm game assignments by Wednesdays, he will reassign those games.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley introduced new referees. There were 36 new referees.

High School Referee Report: Meeting will be held for election of new officers.

Old Business: Gloria Marquez presentation of the Kevin Riedel Scholarship. Scholarship is available to graduating senior and fellow referees who are attending college. Application deadline is March 21, 2008. Application are available from any Board Member.

New Business: None

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Overview of the Referee website. Local Rules and Zero Tolerance Policy were reviewed.
