President GboGbo called to order at 7:00pm.

Minutes for January not posted to website, will be on the agenda next month.

Dominic: for the spring season we will concentrate on referee development. Referees need

to attend meetings for training. Reminder for the Zero Tolerance policy for bad behavior by fans and

Coaches by the LCYSL. Grade 8 Clinic coming up this week. FC Grande Scrimmage this weekend at HN1.

MVSL: Checks were distributed.

Cards must be consistent with proper FIFA language. March 11 move clocks forward.

Middle School soccer from March 24 – May 12.
