Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: - nothing to report.

Assignor - Andy Bristol stated that Conflict Sheets are due ASAP.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley reported that Patches and Books are available for those who have re-certified. Also a Grade 8 clinic is being held this weekend. $5.00 to upgrade and $20.00 for the clinic fee.

Assessors Remarks: Monty nothing to report.

High School Referee Report: No High School meeting; nothing to report.

Old Business: Application for Scholarship available through President Switzer and available to any Referee that is attending college or is a senior in high school.

Matt Presser announced he was looking for referees available to do games this weekend.

Gina Gomez announced that Soccer Connection was going out of business and they were offering 40% off all of their merchandise.

Andy Bristol announced 3 v 3 tournament on Jan. 27th.

New Business: President Switzer announced that openings of certain committees are available to those whom are interested. The Audit Committee, Recruiting and Retention Committee and Judiciary, Nominating and Scholarship Committees. If interested in serving on any of these committees contact President Switzer.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Review of some of the local rules for HNSL. Stressed that player pass cards must be laminated. Emphasized consistency by all referees and everyone strive to become a better referee. A mercy rule has been implemented U10-U17 10 point mercy rule.
