Call to Order at 7:05 p.m. by President Andy Bristol

There was no approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting for the month of December:

Treasure Report: Gary Manley there is still checks which have not been picked up. If these checks are not claimed, the monies are returned to the Association.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Monty Wellborn reported that the season starts on February 9, 2008.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill Lindemann is recruiting referees to do Adult Men games. Season starts on January 26^th and 18 men’s teams have registered. Martin Carrillo schedules the Men’s 5 v5 games. Lindemann discussed the definition of "ejection" - the player must leave the area where the player cannot interact with the other players, if player does not leave, stop the game.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado not present.

State District Referee Administrator - Gary Manley announced Grade 8 Clinic to be held Feb 2 and 3^rd. Can attend Feb 3 to upgrade from a Level 9 to Level 8. Price for the Clinic is $35.00 or $55.00. Grade 9 Clinic to be held in Deming on Feb. 9^th -8:00 am -5:00 pm. Cost is $45.00.

Assessors Remarks: Monty Wellborn announced if any one interested in being assessed, contact Monty.

High School Referee/Leader Report: Bill Lindemann announced that a high school meeting will be held in February and nomination of group leader will be conducted.

Old Business: Nothing to Report.

New Business: Luke Hollomon requested all youth referees in attendance to fill out a Youth Referee Survey in regards to the Association.

Training was conducted by Tom Scott. Topic was "Conducting a Pre-Game" and discussion was held.

Drawing: Winner was Alyssa Prince.
