President Gomez called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. Cathy Short moved to approve the minutes and Nicole Shoemaker seconded. Motion passed.

Treasury report was given by President Gomez by Gary Manley, who was not in attendance. Motion to accept by Crystal and second by Cathy Short. Motion passed.

President Gomez acknowledged all the new board members of the LCSRA.

LCYSA report – may have a late start to the season. Fields appeared to be improving.

Tom Duttle gave the Assessors report. He urged referees wanting to upgrade to attend the Rush or FC tournaments for exposure if you want to work the state cup.
