Call to Order at 7:05 pm by the President._

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of June 13, 2007, was motioned by Cathy Short and second by Nigel Hollman.

Treasure Report: Balance Sheet provided by Gary Manley. Balances as of May 31, 2007; Checking Account $2,364.86 and Savings Account $4,225.13 for a total of $6589.99.

High Noon Soccer League Report: A Grade 9 clinic to be held in Deming and an upgrade clinic to be scheduled.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Gina Gomez reported that Thursday’s game is being moved to HN1 because the lights on Burn 1 not functioning.

Assignor - Andy Bristol reported that LCHS soccer is having 3 v 3 Tournament as a fundraiser on August 4^th, if anyone interested in volunteers please see Cathy Short. League games to start September 4, 2007.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley announced that the annual Statewide Clinic and recertification clinic is to be held August 11^th and 12^th from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m in Albuquerque at the Central NM college. See NMSRA website for more information.

Assessors Remarks: Nothing to report.

High School Referee Report: High School Meeting to be held after the General Meeting. Alamogordo Tournament to be held August 31 - September 1.

Old Business: Bill Lindemann raised discussion about the spending of money. One suggestion was paying $10.00 to mentors; and also reimbursement of costs for thos referees attending the State Clinic in Albuquerque.

New Business: Nothing.

Training: Training conducted by Nigel Hollman. Discussion on the Law of the Game ; FIFA laws of the game . Law may be printed of the website 136 pages long.
