Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. by President Andy Bristol.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of June 11, 2008, was motioned by Manny Chavez and second by Pat Switzer.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported ending balance of approximately $6,000.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Nothing to report.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn - nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill will no longer be picking up the checks. Dominic Giobobo will be distributing the checks. The reduction of time during the adult games has been a concern. Do not cut time.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado reported that a 3 v 3 tournament will be held August 4^th. E-mail Jose if interested in game assignments.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley reported up-grade clinic to be held in Albuquerque. Grade 9 clinic to be held in Deming sometime in August. Discussion on how to recruit older referees for upper level games.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage announced that meeting to be held after the General Meeting.

Old Business: Gary Manley shared information about the Indigenous Native American Tournament to be held July 21 -25 at the University soccer fields. Recruiting referees to do said games.

Presentation by Joe Fleming of the Kevin Riedel Memorial Scholarship check to Seth Gilpen and Joshua Switzer. (Pictures taken).

New Business: None.

Training was conducted by Nigel Hollman. Also viewing of a video clip of a controversial call made during the match between Holland and Italy.

Drawing: Winner was Brook Milligan.
