During Game: Use of Non-Verbal Commands, substitutions, parent issues, injuries, explain decisions. The importance of physical fitness on the part of the referee to be in the proper position to see the play and in the case of an injury, to be able to check on the player quickly to decide whether or not play needs to be interrupted and then to catch back up to the play, while communicating non-verbally to the coach.
