Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of May 9, 2007, was motioned by Cathy Short and second by Allison Willman.

Treasure Report: No report provided.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Nothing to report, no meeting was held on Tuesday.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Gary Manley reported that Sunday games were cancelled because of Father’s Day. Also reported that once he posts the schedule, the referee assigned is responsible for obtaining his/her replacement. Pat announced that he plans to attend a MVSL meeting, therefore, if anyone has any concerns about the adult games, please provide them to Pat and he will bring them up at their meeting.

Assignor - Andy Bristol announced that a 3 v3 Regional Tournament to be held June 30 - July 1, if interested in assignments, let him know.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley announced that the annual Statewide Clinic and recertification clinic is to be held August 11, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Assessors Remarks: Nothing to report.

High School Referee Report: No High School Meeting.

Old Business: Nothing.

New Business: Presentation of awards were made for the Kevin Riedel Scholarship. Awards were made to Emily Butler, Allison Willman and Megan Milligan.

Training: Training conducted by Nigel Holman. Discussion of video clips on live soccer games on the ussoccer.com website.

Drawing: Winner was Cathy Short.
