Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. by President Gina Gomez.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of May 13, 2009, was motioned by Jose Briones and second by Gary Manley.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported that there were no changes from last month.

High Noon Soccer League - Nothing to Report.

Assessor: Robert Gage made presentation of the Youth Referee of the Year. Seth Gilpin was nominated by the Albuquerque Referee Association and Ryan Reynolds was nominated by the Las Cruces Association.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill Lindemann had no checks from MVSL.

Assignor - Gary Manley reported State Clinic is August 8^th and 9th.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage reported High School Clinic is scheduled for July 24^th and 25^th. Organization Meeting will be in August.

Old Business: Nothing.

New Business: Robert Gage reported that August 15 or 22^nd are possible dates for the college clinic for referees. Also announced was first game for NMSU Women Soccer is August 15^th. August 18^th Exhibition Game also.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Review of Soccer Referee web sites. Also discussion on Game Management was conducted by Nigel.
