Members present: President GboGbo, Secretary Burchfield, VP Xavier Chavez, Director of Assessment Tim Pitts, Director of Dev. Bill Lindemann & State District Referee Tom Duttle

 Discussion on the games from the first week of the new season and the progress in the training and mentoring of the new referees. Also, discussed the condition of the fields, anchoring of the goalposts, the need to keep these meetings as short as possible to concentrate on training.

 Bill L. discussed his training plan for this season.

Regular Meeting

3/8/17

 President GboGbo called to order.

Minutes from last month not submitted.

 We had many new referees in attendance. They received a warm welcome and introductions.

We had discussion for the new refs on game management and Ref-Pay, help was offered.

We achieved full coverage for the LCYSL so far this season. Yea!

 The new assignor for the LCYSL is Juan Mena, if you have any problems with Arbiter, or need changes for games worked please email him at: JMena@hotus.com or office@highnoonsoccer.com

 Training conducted by Bill Lindemann. Topics covered were use of Advantage, proper whistling, DOGSO.
