MVLS Report: Season should start in June
Assignor Report: Asked for help at 3V3 in June. Needed refs to sign up even if they knew they may not get games.
SDR Remarks: (Gary Manley) State Rules Clinic in Albq. Aug. 2, 2005. Grades 5,6,7 need to attend this. There will also be a rules clinic and an eight upgrade clinic.( Grade 9 to Grade8).
Assessors Remarks: Recieved a note from state to address law enforcement: 1) Get rid of violent conduct. 2) Deal W/ Dissent. 3) No more holding or grabbing. 4) Keep flag down when offside is obvious. 5) Hold the 10 yards, be consistent.
