Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of April 11, 2007, was motioned by Gary Manley and second by Andy Bristol.__________.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley reported that checks were available after the meeting, and submitted Balance Sheet; $2,364.86 in Checking Account; $4,225.13 in Savings Account.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Summer League starts May 31st.

Assignor - Andy Bristol still has checks to distribute from the City League Tournament. The State Cup checks will be available after the 17th.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley posted the post office address for the league. P.O. Box 6673, Las Cruces, NM 88006

High School Referee Report: Tom Duttle reported that the application and money were due the 1^st of the month.

Old Business: Nothing.

New Business: Assignor Clinic scheduled for June 9 and 10^th during the General Meeting in Albuquerque. Many compliments were received from out of town teams during the Border Cup and State Cup Tournament regarding how well the games were called. Jose Diosdado held discussion regarding an adult game and the giving of a caution, and also emphasized to check the pictures on pass cards. An announcement was made regarding the Keven Riedel Scholarship and that three scholarship awards were to be made.
