Call to Order at 7:02 p.m. by President Gina Gomez.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of April 9, 2008, was motioned by Jose Briones and second by  Andy Gallardo.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley gave an ending balance in the checking at $3,343.99 and the savings has $4736.85. There are about $1400.00 in unclaimed checks.  Checks will be distributed at the end of the meeting.

High Noon Soccer League Report: None.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill Lindemann reported that there was a fight that produced 11 send-off.  Four of the players are out for a year and will only return with the approval of the MVSL board.  He also stated that two referees who were playing on adult teams were cautioned for dissent and the information has been sent to the State Referee Administrator.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks: None.

Assessor: Robert Gage mentioned that anyone wishing to be helped formally should contact him or the board.  We all need to improve.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado thanked everyone for their cooperation.  There is a 3v3 tournament at the end of the month, May 31.  Contact Jose and let him know if you are available.

Youth Referee Information: None.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage mentioned that returning referees should have had their form and money in already.  Anyone that wants to become a H. S. referee should contact him or Gary Manley.  There will be an organizational meeting in August.
