Board Meeting: 6:00 pm called to order
March 14th minutes will be tabled until next month
Tom mentioned that the younger referees were doing the younger teams, because
it’s more profitable for them. It was mentioned to try and get them to move up
and start refereeing the older age groups.
Jean McKeever motioned to approve the April minutes with Melinda to second that
motion.Committee reports: Audit has not responded.

Vote passes to adopt and present this proposal to the High Noon Soccer League
and Mesilla Valley League.
Award for the Scholarship was awarded and have no idea as of yet.

April Minutes: Approved by 1st and 2nd Jean McKeever and Jose Briones
Treasurers Report: $3,475.02
Youth League: Game reports, referee that have not submitted their game reports
Administration will be voting on a new board May 14th 2011
Lisa Wilman and Bill Lindemann with approach both Leagues for pay raises. This
will be presented to the leagues and will report back to us in the fall. Tom
Duttle is announcing that we need to stick together as a group and not venture
out on their own and do games at a lower pay.
Try and recruit outside our association and advertise at the college level.
Try to change the Rush to another weekend. Referees were upset that it was
unorganized, due to the fact that the scheduler didn’t get the schedule until
Thursday before the tournament was to begin.
Adult League: Bill mentioned about the games that were called off without his
knowledge.
Tom Duttle: Training on assigning ourselves on games when you’re a Grade 9
referee. You should only do games U14 recreational.
Those who paid dues received a ticket for the drawing.
Matt Horst won the door prize.
