Regular Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:01PM; by Thad Taylor
Minutes: Approval of October minutes: motioned by Tim Sneed, seconded by Tom Duttle. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report No report

LCYSL Report. Thad attended their monthly meeting. They want to see the referees apply the Zero Tolerance Policy more.  Due to lack of referees covering games the assignor has quit.  Assignor position is open for anyone interersted.  See Erik Tuckfarber.  There was discussion about retention and recruiting of officials through negotiations between leagues, youth and adult, and LCSRA.  Season over.

MVSL Report. Checks were handed out by Belen for the MVSL.

State District Report. Recertification date was discussed and the first one will be December 3rd, 1-5 PM at Gerald Thomas Hall, Room 200.  A second class will be in January.

New: Nominations for 2016 LCSRA Board of Directors: President-Dominique Gbogbo; Vice President-Xavier Chavez; Secretary-none; Treasurer-Gina Gomez; Director of Assessment-none; Director of Development-none; Youth Representative-none

Training: Tom Duttle: Used some questions from the recertification test that had new implications on application of the Laws, especially concerning interference from outside agents.
