President GboGbo called to order at 7:00pm.

Minutes for October not posted to website, will be on the agenda next month.

The LCSRA President received an email from the City asking for us to reverse where our Assistant Referees work to help preserve the High Noon Fields.

Juan Mena gave a detailed discussion on the Target Cup tournament this weekend. HN3 will be made into HN12-5 & 6 for the tournament. All games will be short-sided.

MVSL-more discussion on game reports and player pass cards. Game reports need to include details on every yellow or red card that has been issued. Use the correct terminology.

MVSL: Checks were distributed.

Training conducted by Tom Duttle: he covered player simulation and embellishment in great detail.

He also mentioned the two tournaments in Tucson on Martin Luther King. day weekend on Jan 12-14, 2018. I you want to go, contact Tom Duttle. You need to already have re-certified for 2018 before this.
