Call to Order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of August 8, 2007, was motioned by Monty Wellborn and second by Manny Chavez.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley was not present.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Pat Switzer announced that more referees were needed to cover the U6 and U8 games. Also, Conflict Sheets need to be completed for game assignments. Again, it was emphasized that all player pass cards must have a photo and be laminated. Please follow the Rules.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Bill Lindemann is recruiting referees for Men’s games on Sunday. If interested contact Bill.

Assignor - Andy Bristol gave overview of The Whole Enchilada Tournament this coming weekend.

State District Referee Administrator - Clinic for Recertification coming up. Fee is either $25.00 or $30.00 for grades 7 or 8. Will be sometime in November and December. I 5 hours of training is required for recertification.

Assessors Remarks: Monty Wellborn is recruiting referees that wish to be assessed.

High School Referee Report: Bill Lindemann announced High School meeting to be held after General Meeting. He also announced that we should take pride in how we look.

Training was conducted by Nigel Holman. Rules and referee instruction regarding the Whole Enchilada Soccer Tournament; and Bill Lindemann reported observations and coaches’ comments at the PVD fields. Also Bill Lindemann showed video on "Points of Emphasis".
