Call to Order at 7:00 p.m. by President Andy Bristol.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of August 13, 2008, was motioned by Gary Manley and second by Jose Briones. (Passed)

Treasure Report: Checking has $2708.42 and the CD has $4627.00 for a total of $7235.42 was reported by Gary Manley.   Approval was motioned by Manuel Chavez and second by Bill Lindemann. (Passed)

High Noon Soccer League Report: Robert Gage went over rules for the Whole Enchilada Tournament and the open spots in the schedule.

Assessor: Monty Wellborn - nothing to report.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Nothing to Report.

Assignor - Jose Diosdado reported that the games are being covered as well as possible and thanked everyone for their help.

State District Referee Administrator Remarks- Gary Manley reported that the dates for recertification will be the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weekend of November.

High School Referee Report: Robert Gage announced that meeting to be held after the General Meeting.
