Tom Duttle: We are thinking of doing a recertification clinic in November.

Lisa Willman: Attended the league monthly meeting. She expressed her desire to improve communications between the LCSRA and the LCYSL. Coaches are pleading for referees to take on more games. Too many games this season without referees.

MVSL Report: Dominic; Refs, more refs.

Gary Manley talked about the scholarship. Lisa will make a presentation next month to board.

Training: Bill Lindeman talked about fraudulent player pass cards and how to identify them. He talked about an incident at the enchilada tournament. He talked about fouls/misconduct and the importance of the referee to know the correct restart-know the rules. Zero Tolerance policy: Coaches, 1 warning, 2 caution, 3 send-off. Do not engage spectators.
