Meeting called to order at 6:59PM; by Ray Burchfield 30 members present (101 certified referees)

Minutes September meetings minutes were not available

Treasurer’s Report Jean McKeever reported orally “$3,000 in checking account, only 13 people have paid dues this year, please pay your dues. If you travel to tournaments you can request reimbursement for travel.” No questions

LCYSL Report. No report, no board meetings held. The Whole Enchilada Tournament was cancelled.

MVSL Report. Bill Lindemann reported; Short of Referees because of high school has completed current week schedule. Lisa Willman reported that all referees earning over $600 for the year school will be receiving a 1099 from the MVSL.

State District Report. No report

Nominated Committee Lisa Willman and Matt Horst were appointed to serve on the Nominating committee.

Training. The group was divided into 2 groups and separated, different training was provided to the 2 groups.
