President GboGbo called to order at 7:01pm.

Minutes for August & September: motion to accept by Ernesto Castillo, second by Robert Gage, motion passed.

MVSL: The new VP (Ana Ostos) and the new Field Coordinator (David Sanchez) were in attendance.

They asked us what can the MVSL BOD do to help the referees. The usual topics were covered in great detail: uniforms, spectators on player’s side of field. Jersey’s need to match design and color and MUST

Have a permanent number (magic marker ok if big enough to see) on the back. NO TAPE!

Xavier Chavez, LCSRA VP, covered the topic of Foul Recognition in great detail and gave additional information/updates on progress, or lack thereof, on improving our game reports to the youth league in particular.
