Call to Order at _7:05 p.m.

Approval of the Minutes for the General Meeting of August 8, 2007, was motioned by Gina Gomez and second by Andres Cardoza.

Treasure Report: Gary Manley was not present.

High Noon Soccer League Report: Rick Hendricks reported that there was no meeting held. President reported that all player pass cards are done for every team so no exceptions, cards must be laminated with a picture. Only allow player to play if you get a call or e-mail from Pat Switzer or Rick Hendricks.

Mesilla Valley Soccer League Report: Nigel reported he had checks issued by MVSL. Robert Gage inquired if an agreement existed between the referees and MVSL. the response was not agreement existed.

Assignor - Andy Bristol reported that he needs a conflict sheet from every referee that does game assignments. Also a Referee Agreement needs to be signed before any games are assigned to a referee. The "Three Strikes and you are Out" policy will be enforced. Schedule of game assignments will be posted by Monday night.

State District Referee Administrator - Gary Manley not present.

High School Referee Report: Bill Lindemann inquired as to the preference of the meeting, Monday or Wednesday evening?

Old Business: Nothing to Report. Nothing to report.

New Business: No Discussion

Training Group was divided by experienced and new referees. Nigel conducted training on overview of technical things; and Bill Lindeman showed video on "Points of Emphasis" and discussion.
